MANILA, Philippines — The Quezon City Police District (QCPD) recorded 12,369 arrests in various law enforcement operations conducted from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2025.
QCPD director Col. Randy Glenn Silvio attributed the figures to intensified operations under the enhanced managing police operations agenda of the Philippine National Police and the National Capital Region Police Office.
Police records showed that of the total arrests, 11,887 yielded crime information reporting and analysis system hits, 9,543 had “e-rogue” hits and 1,053 had “e-warrant” hits.
Of those arrested, 7,021 were classified as repeat offenders while 5,348 were first-time offenders.
Police said 3,393 suspects were apprehended in anti-narcotics operations.
Data also showed that 3,770 or 53.7 percent of repeat offenders were unemployed while 2,764 or 51.68 percent of first-time offenders had no jobs.
Silvio said the QCPD would continue sustained law enforcement operations in coordination with communities to maintain peace and order in Quezon City.
