19-year-old fishing crew member dies aboard vessel in Occidental Mindoro

CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro — A 19-year-old fishing crew member died aboard a fishing banca along the river in Barangay Balansay, at the Occidental Mindoro town of Mamburao on Aug. 20, according to the Philippine Coast Guard in a report on Friday (Aug.  21).  The Coast Guard Sub-Station (CGSS) in Mamburao responded after receiving a
