LABRADOR, Pangasinan , Philippines — Two Chinese men were arrested at a checkpoint here for possession of more than P8 million worth of smuggled cigarettes on Wednesday.
Lt. Gen. Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr., acting Philippine National Police chief, said 101 boxes with 5,050 reams of smuggled cigarettes were found inside the delivery van the two were using.
