2 senior PNP officials promoted to next higher ranks

MANILA, Philippines — Two senior Philippine National Police (PNP) officials were promoted to their respective next higher ranks. PNP deputy chief for operations Police Maj. Gen. Wilson Joseph Lopez, the third-highest-ranking official in the national police force, was promoted to the rank of police lieutenant general. President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. approved Lopez’s promotion on July
