2 women nabbed for operating beauty clinic without license in Isabela

MANILA, Philippines — Two women were arrested for allegedly running an unlicensed beauty clinic in Isabela, the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) said on Thursday. The suspects were entrapped after giving a poseur-client some injections of small doses for botox and glutathione at their clinic in Barangay District 1, Cauayan City last April 22,
