25 fishermen rescued after rough seas damaged boat off Scarborough Shoal

SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — Twenty-five fishermen were rescued after their fishing boat sustained damage to its outrigger due to strong waves while operating about 31.2 nautical miles (57.7 kilometers) southeast by south of Bajo de Masinloc (Scarborough Shoal) in the West Philippine Sea.
