3 men arrested for fuel theft in Cavite

LUCENA CITY — Police arrested three men who were allegedly involved in fuel theft, locally known as “paihi,” during an early morning operation on Thursday (Aug. 27) in the Cavite municipality of Kawit. Police officers were conducting their routine patrol when they caught the suspects in the act of siphoning fuel from a parked Isuzu
