5 senators urge Dela Rosa to surrender to proper authorities

MANILA, Philippines—A resolution, urging Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa to voluntarily surrender to the proper authorities and seek judicial remedies in accordance with the Constitution and applicable laws and rules, has been filed in the Senate. Senate Resolution No. 395 was initiated by Sens. Francis  “Kiko” Pangilinan, Vicente “Tito” Sotto III, Panfilo Lacson, Risa Hontiveros
