Tatatito Home Kitchen is marking Valentine’s Day with a new dessert that blends creamy textures with a Filipino twist.

The burnt Basque queso de bola cheesecake features a caramelized top that adds a slight bitterness to balance its rich, salty-sweet flavor. Its crustless center is baked at a high temperature, resulting in a smooth, velvety texture.

The new dessert pairs with Tatatito’s signature offerings, including bamboo rice dishes, crispy pata in spicy or original flavors, and crispy pata kare-kare, which combines two Filipino favorites.

Tatatito Home Kitchen is located at the OPL Building on Dela Rosa Street and Carlos Palanca in Makati. It operates from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Mondays through Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and until 11 p.m. on Fridays.

Reservations can be made at tatatitoph.com or by calling +63 917 862 4000 or 8809-8055. Additional updates are available on social media @tatatito.ph.
