Abante: Sara Duterte self-incrimination plea could raise questions

MANILA, Philippines — Manila Rep. Bienvenido Abante Jr. said Thursday that Vice President Sara Duterte could face questions from the public if she attends her Senate impeachment trial but invokes her right against self-incrimination. Abante made the statement during a press conference in reaction to former Supreme Court Associate Justice Antonio Carpio’s assertion that Duterte
