Abante to Sara Duterte’s defenders: She can’t have split personality

MANILA, Philippines — Manila Rep. Bienvenido Abante Jr. reminded fellow lawmakers defending Vice President Sara Duterte that she cannot have a split personality, after it was raised that her role as vice president is different from her role as education secretary. During the House of Representatives justice committee hearing on Wednesday, Abante called Cagayan de Oro
