AFP mounts patrol in new Malampaya gas field

MANILA, Philippines – The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) visited the Malampaya gas field off the Palawan coast as part of its efforts to secure the newly discovered natural gas field. AFP Chief of Staff General Romeo Brawner Jr. led Friday’s visit within the Joint Task Force (JTF) Malampaya area of responsibility. In a statement
