Veteran actor Albert Martinez urges aspiring actors and actresses not to abuse their bodies and always maintain discipline.

MANILA, Philippines — Underscoring health and wellness, award-winning actor Albert Martinez has urged the younger generation to focus on personal care, nutrition, and having a healthy lifestyle.

Martinez, known as the King of Philippine Teleseryes, raved about the use of skin care products, soaps and body lotions, among other beauty wellness stuff, from his very own Seven107 Market line, which he credits to youthful looks despite turning 65 last Saturday.

“Since we are here in the industry, you must look young and be aware of what is out there or have the proper skin care and how to protect yourself from all the elements,” Martinez said. “We really need a partner that will protect us and keep us young. We want a protected partner to stay young.”

He advised aspiring actors and actresses not to abuse their bodies and always maintain discipline.

“What important is your lifestyle and you do not abuse yourself,” he said. “Everything should be in moderation and that was what I learned from the late Eddie Garcia. He said you will be fine if you avoid drinking too much alcohol and smoking. Proper skincare is important, and you eat healthy.”

“I do mentoring, and advise them how to sustain their career except for acting unless they ask for it.”

When it comes to modern wellness, Martinez has joined forces with friends Mike Atayde, a respected businessman known for innovation-driven ventures and his hands-on approach to product research and development; and Jose Llamas, an entrepreneur and wellness content creator.

They recently launched a new destination for modern wellness brand — the Seven107 Market.

“This product is my life,” Martinez said, noting that being a public figure is a huge commitment as a role model. “It is a commitment and you owe it to your fans or audiences to be healthy and a good example on top of the game. There are many prohibitions but that what it is.”

Martinez, Atayde and Llamas have created the one-stop wellness platform for users stay active and healthy without reservations.

They represent three generations — one in his 60s, one in his late 50s, and one in his mid-40s — having a shared perspective shaped by both experience and evolving science.

One of the sample flagship products of Seven107 introduced by Martinez is the NMN Lifestyle Moringa Soap, which carries the tagline “Where younger skin begins.”

The formulation, anchored on moringa leaf and moringa oil extracts, known for their high antioxidant content, vitamins A, C and E, and essential fatty acids, helps protect the skin from environmental stress, support hydration, and improve overall skin texture and tone.

The products are the first in the Philippine market to combine NMN and Officinol in a single formulation, as the NMN Lifestyle line sets a new benchmark for science-backed, longevity-focused skincare.

Exclusively available on Seven107 Market, these herald a a broader portfolio of next-generation products designed to bring advanced ingredients into everyday routines.
