Alleged Dawlah Islamiya sub-leader killed in Cotabato

COTABATO CITY — The military here announced that a sub-leader of Dawlah Islamiya operating in Cotabato province was killed during a military operation before dawn today, Sunday, March 8. Maj. Gen. Jose Vladimir Cagara, commander of the 6th Infantry Division, identified the slain Dawlah Islamiya-Hassan Group sub-leader as Emarudin Kulaw, alias “Alpha King,” who once
