Andi Eigenmann is stepping up her surfing game, as she placed 6ht in the Queen of the Point Siargao Surfing Competition
On Instagram, the Siargao-based celebrity shared some snaps of herself riding the waves and said she was "stooked!"
“Stoooked! Made my first ever finals at Queen of the Point — Cloud 9! Placed 6th! Yiiw! Grateful beyond words to share the lineup with such powerful, inspiring women both from Siargao and from other parts of the world,” she wrote in the caption.
Andi thanked the organizers of the event and gave a special shout out to Carla Zamora "for creating this space that celebrates sisterhood, strength, and the beauty of women’s surfing!”
Andi also expressed her gratitude to fiancé Philmar Alipayo for supporting her throughout the competition.
“Another special thanks to [Philmar] for lending his surfer hat to me and Lilo for this weekend, and supporting us throughout! -- as the designated driver, surf coach, photo and videographer, stuff carrier, feeder, water guy, cheerleader!” she ended.
After moving to Siargao in 2017, the former actress has been honing her surfing skills, often posting about it on social media.
Andi and Philmar got engaged in 2020. They have two kids: Lilo and Koa. Andi is also mom to Ellie, her daughter with Jake Ejercito.
