Araneta City is 'Most Innovative Mixed-Use Urban Developer'

ARANETA City, the City of Firsts, continued to be recognized as a leader in urban development after being named the "Most Innovative Mixed-Use Urban Developer in the Philippines" for 2024 by International Finance, a prestigious business and finance magazine, based in the UK.

Rowell Recinto, senior management consultant of Araneta City, and Marjorie Go, vice president for Marketing, received the award during the ceremony held in Bangkok, Thailand on Feb. 21, 2025.

This prestigious recognition underscored Araneta City's significant progress in building a modern, sustainable and inclusive urban ecosystem that meets the diverse needs of an evolving populace. Araneta City seamlessly integrates residential, commercial, retail and entertainment spaces into a vibrant destination, which fosters community connectivity and enhances quality of life.
