Ascendion aims to create at least 6,000 new jobs in the Philippines, leading to an estimated economic impact of at least $500 million over the next three years.
The Philippines will play a larger role in the company's global delivery operations, with AI-driven software engineering as a key focus.
Every Ascendion software engineer in the Philippines will receive AI deployment certification, ensuring that the workforce is equipped for the next genera-tion of software development.
