CEBU, Philippines – President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. gathers leaders and representatives of the 11 Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) member states in Mactan Island in Cebu on Friday, May 8, for the first leaders-level meeting under the Philippines’ chairmanship.
