Three individuals were arrested, while another subject is still being hunted by the police.

A drug entrapment was conducted at around 1:30 p.m. at Payogi Leisure Hub, Old Barrio Road in Barangay Minuyan, Norzagaray, Bulacan by joint operatives from the Special Enforcement Service (SES) of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) National Office, PDEA Regional Office III – Bulacan Provincial Office, Norzagaray Municipal Police Station, and San Jose del Monte City Police Station.

Seized from the suspects were approximately 30 kilograms of suspected shabu with a standard drug price of P204,000,000.

Also among the recovered evidence were marked money, identification cards, cellphones, and a vehicle.

Authorities had also conducted an anti-drug operation on May 13, 2025, in Angeles City, Pampanga, where P680.4 million worth of shabu was seized.

In a statement, BGen. Jean Fajardo, director of Police Regional Office 3, emphasized that the consecutive drug operations are clear proof of the strengthened cooperation between PDEA and the Philippine National Police (PNP) in the region.

"These consecutive operations are proof of the strong relationship and cooperation between PDEA and PNP. We will not stop until the syndicates that continue to spread illegal drugs in our region are completely dismantled. We will intensify the anti-drug campaign throughout Central Luzon," said Fajardo.

Fajardo also urged the public to be vigilant and immediately report any suspicious drug-related activity to authorities.
