Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) emerged as the highest-ranked real estate developer and the only property firm to break into the top 25 of Brand Finance’s 2025 Most Valuable Filipino Brands, underlining the company’s strong market leadership, agile strategy, and long-term brand resilience. In its latest ranking of the Philippines’ 50 most valuable and strongest brands, Brand Finance, the world’s leading brand valuation consultancy, placed Ayala Land at the forefront of the property sector, driven by the strength of its residential, retail, and sustainability-led offerings. "Ayala Land’s achievement as the highest-ranked property developer and the only real estate brand in the Top 25 marks a defining moment for the brand. Its sustained growth, underpinned by a diversified portfolio and strong financial performance, illustrates how real estate brands can move beyond asset ownership to become purpose-driven platforms that shape communities and create long-term value,” added Alex Haigh, managing director, Brand Finance Asia Pacific. Ayala Land Premier, ALI’s flagship luxury brand, ranked 40th overall and stood out across several key categories. It claimed the #8 spot in terms of its Brand Strength Index (BSI) score—making it the only real estate brand in the top 10—with an impressive score of 86.3/100. It also placed 9th among the Fastest-Growing Brands, posting a 27.7% year-on-year increase in brand value. It was also cited as one of the country’s Top 10 Sustainability Perceptions Leaders—a nod to Ayala Land’s long-standing commitment to sustainable development. Avida, which caters to the mid-income market, came in at #47, backed by a 25.8% growth in brand value—an indicator of solid momentum and consumer confidence. Alveo, targeting the upscale urban segment, made a strong entry at #49. The presence of all three residential brands in the PH50 list highlights Ayala Land’s breadth across market segments—and its consistent ability to grow, evolve, and lead in a fast-moving landscape. “To be the only real estate company in the Top 25 isn’t just a measure of brand equity—it reflects our clear strategy, steady execution, the trust we’ve built with our customers,” said Hans Lopez-Vito, head of brand experience and brand strategy for residential, estates, and corporate. “Having Ayala Land Premier, Avida, and Alveo recognized among the country’s most valuable brands validates our ability to deliver quality homes and meaningful communities across different segments with lasting value.” Accelerating premium, retail, and hospitality growth This recognition coincides with ALI’s bold initiatives across its core businesses. The recent launch of Park Villas in Makati’s Central Business District offers an exclusive, ultra-luxury enclave that combines privacy and prestige right across from Ayala Triangle Gardens, a prime location that blends business, culture, and lifestyle. In the retail space, Ayala Malls is in the midst of a multi-year reinvention. Enhancements include open-air leisure spaces, a thoughtfully curated mix of options, and integrated digital features designed to serve not only shoppers but also residents, office workers, and travelers within Ayala Land’s estates. In the hospitality space, ALI is doubling down on investments, upgrading its resort portfolio under the Seda and El Nido brands and bringing in new hospitality concepts aligned with the country’s tourism resurgence and demand for experiential stays. “This recognition is a reflection of how we’re staying in step with our customers,” said Jeremy Sy, head of brand experience and brand strategy for leasing and hospitality. “We’re turning our malls into lifestyle environments that reflect how people now live, shop, and connect. In hospitality, we’re scaling up with bold, experience-driven concepts that feel fresh, thoughtful, and proudly local. Across all segments, we remain focused on delivering long-term value with purpose.”Diversified brands, unified vision Ayala Land’s brand performance reflects its strength in delivering differentiated real estate offerings—from aspirational vertical homes to integrated mixed-use estates that transform entire districts. Its multi-brand platform enables ALI to quickly align with shifting market dynamics, while ensuring each brand has a clear identity and value proposition. Ayala Land’s agility, combined with its long-standing commitment to sustainability, underscores its leadership in green building, low-carbon operations, and environmental stewardship—demonstrated through landmark initiatives such as Nuvali, the country’s first and largest eco-city, and green urban mobility systems like the OneAyala intermodal transit hub in Makati. Driving growth beyond property Ayala Land’s contribution to the Brand Finance PH50 underscores the growing influence of real estate brands in the national economy—not just as developers of space, but as architects of community, commerce, and climate-forward innovation. As it continues to launch new estates, landmark towers, and destination experiences, ALI is proving that brands rooted in purpose can drive both growth and transformation.
