Ayala Land logs P39.1-B earnings in 2025

MANILA, Philippines — Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) reported a consolidated net income of P39.1 billion in 2025. This was driven by growth in its leasing and hospitality businesses and gains from portfolio management initiatives. In a disclosure on Friday, the Zobel family-led developer said consolidated revenues reached P190.2 billion, up 5 percent year-on-year. Net income
