Baguio cancels classes on Friday due to habagat

BAGUIO CITY — Face-to-face classes from preschool to Grade 12 were suspended in the summer capital on Friday (Aug. 28) after an orange rainfall warning was raised over the city and Benguet province, according to the Baguio City Public Information Office in a 5 a.m. post.  READ: Heavy rains to prevail over parts of Luzon
