Attorney David Van Vooren - a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association with over 10 years of EB-5 experience - joined remotely from the U.S. and emphasized: "2025 is an ideal window for Vietnamese investors to finalize their EB-5 applications, taking advantage of the current investment threshold and streamlined process before potential changes in the Program Law"
