MANILA, Philippines — The Bangsamoro Federalist Party (BFP) and United Bangsamoro Justice Party (UBJP) are leading the partial and unofficial list of winners in the first parliamentary elections in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) as of 10:45 a.m. on Tuesday, September 15.

The BFP garnered 659,405 votes, while UBJP obtained 607,966.

Based on Commission on Elections (Comelec) data, election returns are at 98.4% as of 10:30 a.m., with 5,129 election results received and 83 remaining pending.

Thirteen registered political parties are vying for seats as regional parliamentary party representatives (RPPP).

At least 2.5% of the total valid votes are needed by each party to qualify for the 40 seats that will be distributed proportionally based on vote shares.

Partial, unofficial results in 2026 BARMM polls

Around 80% of registered voters participated in the first parliamentary elections in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) on Monday, September 14, despite reports of violence.

As of 10:45 a.m., the partial and unofficial count transmitted to the Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) showed the following results:
