BARMM agency taps e-wallet service for faster aid distribution 

COTABATO CITY — In the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM), the Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD) has tapped e-wallet services to expand its cashless disbursement system to beneficiaries across the region. The initiative is designed to make the distribution of BARMM social financial assistance faster, more efficient, and more transparent for
