Bello can be disbarred if he knows Duterte killed a person – Palace

Silvestre Bello III that he can face disbarment if he knew that former President Rodrigo Duterte had killed a child and Bello had tolerated the commission of the crime. Former Justice Secretary Bello is one of the legal counsels of former President Rodrigo Duterte.
