Ben&Ben is lending their music for the FIVB Men's Volleyball World Championship in the Philippines this September!
According to a press release from the Philippine National Volleyball Federation (PNFV), the nine-piece Filipino indie folk-pop band has been named the official music partner for the volleyball tournament, which will be held from September 12 to 28.
The band's song "Triumph," which they dropped in October last year, will be used as the league's official song.
In a statement, Paolo Benjamin said they are "happy and proud to be the official music partner of the historic event."
"Our new song 'Triumph' has that love, passion and drive that's exactly for volleyball and the world championship our country is hosting," he said.
"Triumph" was among the tracks included in their latest album "The Travellers Across Dimensions."
They also held a concert on December 14 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in support of their latest album.
According to FIVB, 32 national teams will take part in the tournament which will be held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum and SM Mall of Asia Arena.
