Bicam contingents warm up to P8-B farm-to-market road projects

MANILA, Philippines — The P8-billion farm-to-market road (FMR) projects, which were earlier questioned and flagged as improperly identified, gained the approval of the contingents of the bicameral conference committee on the 2026 budget.  During the continuation of the bicam meeting on Wednesday, Sen.
