Blackout hits 3 million residents in Central Mindanao since Tuesday

COTABATO CITY  – Almost three million people in Central Mindanao experienced a total blackout for about 24 hours following an unscheduled power service interruption in the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) transmission tower. The blackout affected one city, three provinces, eight towns in the Special Geographic Area of the Bangsamoro region, and six
