Blue ribbon panel report being ‘corrected’ – Lacson

MANILA, Philippines — Senate President Pro Tempore Panfilo Lacson on Tuesday said the Senate blue ribbon committee was “correcting” the wording of the report on its investigation of anomalous flood control projects that implicated three of his colleagues and three former lawmakers. In a chance interview, Lacson, who chairs the committee, said that instead of
