Bukidnon faithful brave rains for church rites at onset of Lent

VALENCIA CITY, Bukidnon — Thousands of parishioners braved evening rains on Wednesday as they filled the San Agustin Parish Church for the observance of Ash Wednesday, marking the start of the 40-day Lent season. Despite intermittent showers brought by the easterlies, long lines of the faithful queued inside and outside the church to attend Mass
