CALAPAN CITY — Calapan Port emerged as the busiest seaport in Oriental Mindoro during the year-end holiday rush, as thousands of passengers and rolling cargoes passed through the province’s major ports from December 24 to 30. The three key ports—Calapan Port, Balatero Port in Puerto Galera, and Roxas Port—handled significant traffic as families traveled home for reunions
