Carlos files cyberlibel complaint vs. Tarriela, Logico

MANILA, Philippines — Former National Security Adviser Clarita Carlos has filed a cyberlibel complaint before the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) against Philippine Coast Guard spokesperson for the West Philippine Sea Rear Adm.
