ANGELES CITY — Any police officer who fires a gun during the New Year’s revelry will not only be dismissed from the service but also face criminal charges, the chief of the Central Luzon police stressed on Tuesday. In a statement, Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) director Brigadier General Ponce Rogelio Peñones Jr. said the
