MANILA, Philippines — Century Properties Group Inc. (CPGI) of the Antonio family is establishing a stronger footprint in Central Luzon with major expansion initiatives at its 7.8-hectare Azure North Estate in Pampanga.
CPGI has started construction of Azure North Townvillas, an exclusive 0.8-hectare enclave offering 49 units of three and four-story homes with lot areas ranging from 69 to 133 square meters.
The development is expected to generate P1.3 billion in revenues with completion eyed for 2028.
CPGI said that Azure North Townvillas represents a strategic shift for the company as it enters the premium house-and-lot segment in Pampanga within the estate.
Aside from the groundbreaking of Azure North Townvillas, CPGI has also inaugurated the Barbados Tower, marking the completion of Azure North Estate’s third and final high-rise building.
With a capital expenditure of P1.6 billion, the tower adds 820 units and brings the total high-rise inventory across all three towers to 2,426 units.
CPGI said the building has achieved 99 percent sell-out and is ready for homeowner turnover.
Construction is likewise progressing on the Mykonos Tower, Azure North Estate’s first mid-rise building launched in February.
With P1.2 billion in capital expenditures and sales projections of P2.7 billion, the tower is targeted for completion by the end of 2027.
CPGI said the development features generous unit cuts that exceed Metro Manila standards.
Studios range from 26.34 to 28.15 sqm. compared to the typical 21 to 25 sqm. in the capital, while one-bedroom units average 44 sqm. versus the usual 35 to 40 sqm.
Following the success of Phase 1 amenities that include a man-made beach lagoon, wave pool and exclusive clubhouse, CPGI is also investing P215 million in the Azure North Waterpark, which is expected to be completed by 2028 alongside a new playpark.
“These milestones reflect our commitment to delivering on the aspirations of homeowners and the promise of quality living. Our focus extends beyond construction — we’re building the foundation for a lasting community where families can flourish,” CPGI president and CEO Marco Antonio said.
