Col. Mikee Romero leads major livelihood program for Aeta families

CAPAS, Tarlac— Nearly 300 Aeta families now have community farm plots, a permanent marketplace, and free medical and dental services following the turnover of a multi-phase livelihood and humanitarian program at Colonel Ernesto Ravina Air Base (CERAB). “This is about dignity and opportunity—giving our Aeta brothers and sisters the tools to stand on their own
