Comelec warns public vs fake posts, messages

MANILA, Philippines — The Commission on Elections (Comelec) on Monday warned the public against circulating posts and messages online offering paid assistance to obtain a voter certification, reminding the public that the document is issued free of charge. According to the Comelec in an advisory, such posts and messages are not authorized by the commission.
