Cops hailed for assisting woman give birth in patrol car

SAN FRANCISCO, AGUSAN DEL SUR, Philippines — The police chief of Tago town, Surigao del Sur commended several of its personnel for assisting a woman give birth while being transported to a hospital in a patrol car. Capt. Romer Acos, acting Tago police chief, said the actions of Corporals Kietch Patrick D. Pontilan and Jonalyn
