The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) continues its seminar-workshop for its regional implementers, involved in the country’s employment regulation of foreign nationals in Parañaque City. On the second day of the capacity-building session, regional implementers — including DOLE regional directors, assistant regional directors, mediator-arbiters, and Alien Employment Permit (AEP) focal persons — were grouped and tasked to work into three categories: the application process, evaluation process, and administrative and remedial measures; all geared towards developing a manual of operations for implementing the revised AEP guidelines.
