Defensor: I won’t change views on Duterte impeachment despite NUP stand

MANILA, Philippines — Senior House Deputy Majority Leader Lorenz Defensor said he would not change his belief that Vice President Sara Duterte betrayed public trust and should be impeached, despite the National Unity Party (NUP) signaling it will not support the impeachment attempt. Defensor, an NUP member and a prosecutor for the first set of impeachment
