Dela Rosa, Villanueva replaced as Senate ethics panel members

MANILA, Philippines — Senators Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa and Joel Villanueva have been replaced as members of the Senate panel on ethics and privileges.  At the Senate’s Tuesday plenary session, Senate Majority Leader Juan Miguel Zubiri moved for the nomination of Senators Imee Marcos and Rodante Marcoleta vice dela Rosa and Villanueva.  “They’ll replace the
