Dia Mate called Juan Karlos her "greatest love" in her Instagram tribute on the singer's birthday.
The beauty queen shared photos of them together, as well as a shot of JK playing the guitar, and wrote, "Happiest birthday to my best friend and my greatest love."
"You deserve the world and more," she added.
In a post in December, Dia called JK "the most talented person I know."
Dia and Juan Karlos hard-launched their relationship on Valentine's Day last year. Juan Karlos has since been publicly supportive of Dia's pageant journey.
Dia joined Miss Universe Philippines before competing in Miss World Philippines, where she was crowned Reina Hispanoamericana Filipinas.
She is currently in Bolivia for the Reina Hispanoamericana 2025.
Meanwhile, Juan Karlos is best known for his hit songs "Buwan" and "Ere."
