DILG chief: No secret operations to fly dela Rosa to ICC

MANILA, Philippines — Interior and Local Government Secretary Jonvic Remulla denied that authorities would secretly transport Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa to the International Criminal Court (ICC) in the Hague, the Netherlands. “We’re always open, always transparent naman. Hindi kami ganun. Wala kaming secret operations na hindi malalaman ng mga tao. We are always transparent,”
