DILG to sue BFP chief, 39 other execs over bid-rigging, graft

MANILA, Philippines — The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) will be filing cases against Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Chief Fire Director Jesus Fernandez and at least 39 other former and current officials for bid-rigging and graft before the Ombudsman. “We are ready to file cases next week. Our case build-up is
