Dizon: Edsa rehab to start on Dec. 24, to be finished in 8 months

MANILA, Philippines — The rehabilitation of Edsa, Metro Manila’s busiest thoroughfare, will push through at midnight on December 24, Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Vince Dizon said Wednesday.
