DJI launches compact, lightweight gimbal for cameras and smartphones

DJI, the global leader in drones and creative camera technology, has launched the DJI RS 4 Mini, a compact and lightweight gimbal weighing just 890g (less than 2 pounds) with a 2kg (4.4-pound) payload capacity. Designed for creators, it features automated axis locks for faster setups, an intelligent tracking module, vertical shooting, and a Teflon coating for smoother balancing.

The RS 4 Mini integrates flagship gimbal features for efficiency. Its 2nd-Gen auto-axis locks unlock all three axes in one second, streamlining filming and storage. The 3rd-Gen Native Vertical Switch offers the fastest vertical shooting transition in the RS series. Teflon interlayers and a fine-tuning knob allow precise, millimeter-level balancing.

The RS 4 Mini Combo includes the DJI RS Intelligent Tracking Module, enabling ActiveTrack on any camera or phone. In Responsive mode, the gimbal quickly reacts to movements, ideal for dynamic shots, while Smooth mode ensures fluid tracking.
