THE Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and Asian Institute of Management (AIM) formalized their partnership under the Adjustment Measures Program for the implementation of the "Winning Our Futures Program" by AIM as an Accredited Co-Partner of DOLE, during a ceremony on Feb. 24, 2025.

DOLE was represented by Secretary Bienvenido Laguesma and AIM was represented by President and Dean Jikyeong Kang.

The partnership is a testament to the shared commitment of AIM and DOLE to empower sectoral leaders and DOLE personnel with the necessary competencies to navigate the evolving challenges of the Philippine labor market, particularly in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous or VUCA environment.

Through the program, participants will undergo a five-day intensive training at AIM's Makati campus, featuring case studies, workshops, role-plays and coaching sessions.

It will be conducted in three batches, training 105 participants from DOLE, the National Wages and Productivity Commission and labor group members.
