Dole launched Tupad Pasada for qualified drivers amid oil price surge

MANILA, Philippines — Qualified driver beneficiaries will receive additional daily minimum wage on top of their earnings as part of the Department of Labor and Employment’s Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged Workers (Tupad) Pasada program amid the continued rising cost of fuel brought by the tension in the Middle East. According to Dole, the program
