MANILA, Philippines — Amid public concerns on rising domestic ticket prices, the Department of Tourism (DOT) called for a review of airline regulations to help lower domestic airfares and encourage more Filipinos to visit local tourist destinations. During a public Senate hearing of the Committee on Tourism on Tuesday (Feb. 3), Tourism Secretary Christina Garcia
