DPWH may submit files on Cebu flood control projects probe by end of Feb

MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) may submit to the Office of Ombudsman its report on the investigation into the flood control projects in Cebu following the series of tropical cyclones that hit the province.
